Established in 1994, Columbus Travel & Tours (P) Ltd. is a destination management travel company holding air ticket stocks of major domestic and international airlines and offers a comprehensive travel service to Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, India, Sri Lanka and Thailand. Its corporate office is based in Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu. We specialize in cultural tours, treks, peak climbing, mountain expedition and other adventure sports in the Himalayan countries of Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, India and tours to Sri Lanka & Thailand. The company is managed by Mr. Pramod Dahal who is a pioneer in the travel industry with Twenty Two years of experience.
The company is officially registered with the Department of Tourism Ministry, government of Nepal with company registration number 10541 (issued by Ministry of Tourism Industry)

| Tours Department: |
| This department is headed by General Manager , Mr. Raj Shekhar Paul. The sales staffs are well equipped with sound knowledge on tour products and price quotes as per the tour programs. This department handles all inbound and outbound tours for Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, India, Sri Lanka and Thailand. Also, it handles visa processing and enquiries catering both for groups (GIT), corporate clients and individuals (FIT). |

| Airlines Reservations and Ticketing Department: |
| This department is headed by Mr. M. K. Chaudhary, Director Travel, equipped with the latest computerized flight reservation systems of Abacus , Galileo , and Amadeus we handle all domestic and international flights tickets. |

| Hotel Bookings & Reservations: |
| All categories of accommodations: economic, budget, deluxe, star hotels and resorts, heritage hotels in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, India, Sri Lanka and Thailand. |

| All our office staff with responsibilities in correspondence are graduates in management and IT technology and all are well-versed in English and foreign languages. They have sufficient training and long time experience in their respective areas. |

| Our team of 22 includes tour officers, Airport Rep's , mountain trekking guides, city guides, Assistant guides, Climbing guides, Sherpas, cooks, Kitchen helpers and drivers. |

- Organizing special interest tours such as Culture & Heritage, Wildlife, Festivals and Carnivals, White water rafting, bird watching, Honeymoon Tour, Spiritual Tour, Village Tour, Educational/ Research Tour etc.
- Organizing special tour packages to Mt. Kailash & Manasarovar trip by overland or by flight via Kathmandu or mainland China.
